Twist Table

A sculptural nesting side table made from steel reinforced plywood.

After coming up with the initial form I was faced with the challenge of how to make it!

I realised it could be constructed in slices nested and cut as illustrated. Optimisation of this layout process fed back to improve the final form.

First sold at Christie’s and Pierre Bergé Auction Houses in 2009.
